Kayla earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Alabama A&M University, and a master’s degree in Information Management from Central Michigan University. Kayla is also certified in ServiceNow System Administration and CMMI Development and Services.

Russell Jackson is a finance professional with going on 15 years of experience in the financial industry to include retail/business banking, commercial financial analysis/ underwriting, ABL, and Alternative Lending. He is currently serving in the role of Vice President of Business Banking at JP Morgan Chase.

Russell received his BS in Finance from AAMU and earned his MBA with a concentration in Finance and Human Resource Management from Columbia Southern University.
Russell serves on the board of Arthur Blank YMCA and AskDad, Inc.
